Process: Add/Edit a Brand

The Brands function is an excellent way to custom brand your courses, templates and forms. Each Brand lets you customise the Logo, Header and Layout Colours.

For Example

There may be times when your organisation collaborates with another organisation that requires you to co-brand specific courses, templates, and forms. This function is where you would create a new Brand that you could apply later on.

Add a Brand

To add a Brand follow these steps:

  • Go to AdministrationConfigurationBranding.
  • Click, + New.
  • Complete the New Brand window.

  1. Name - Create a unique name that is easy to search for later on. You will use this name to search for your Brand when creating a Course, Template or Form.
  2. Description - If you have many similar brands, you may wish to differentiate the brands using a description. This is not a required field.
  3. Logo - Search for and select an already pre-loaded logo.
  4. Header Colour - Provide a HEXA Colour Code for the Header.
  5. Layout Colour - Provide a HEXA Colour Code for the Header. We do recommend leaving this white (#FFFFFF).

  • Click, Save.

You have now added a new Brand.

Edit a Brand

To edit an existing Brand follow these steps:

  • Go to AdministrationConfigurationBranding.
  • Click the Edit icon button next to the Brand you wish to update.
