  Session Outcomes/Action Items 

Following the session, we recommend you follow the list of action items presented at the end of the session (see list below). These action items will help you enact the steps presented in the session within your own SMS. 

  • Update/add additional funding sources if required

  • Setup all required funding contracts 

  • Update Nominal hours

  • Setup finance information for reporting

  • Link funding contracts to a Course

  • Enrol a student and enter funding details

  • Create trainee/apprentice enrolments if required 

  • Run a claims report and review the data

  • Validate your data with the reporting body

  • Review claims payment import
