Q. Is there a fee involved with the Student Engagement Module? 

A. Yes. The Student Engagement Module is not part of a standard subscription and is an additional module with associated fees. For more information on pricing, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

Q. Do you have to use all of the out-of-the-box workflows within the Student Engagement Module? 

A. No. You are able to enable and use the templates that are most suitable for your needs. 


Q. Can you build your own workflows within the Student Engagement Module? 

A. Yes. You can easily build your own communication journeys using a drag & drop builder. 


Q. Do you need to have the Health feature enabled to use the Student Engagement Module? 

A. No, however this feature will need to be enabled to use the workflows relating to student health. 


Q. Is the history of a conversation through the Student Engagement Module kept against the student record? 

A. Yes. The conversation is documented against the party record. 


Q. When a student is replying to the automated communications, are they able to select a response from a dropdown? 

A. No. Students answer using free text, however you can include information in your communications on what the various response options are. 


Q. I can’t see the Health feature within my student management system. Is this something that needs to be enabled? 

A. Yes. If you can’t see the Health feature, you will need to enabled. Please reach out to your Client Success Manager to have this enabled.
