Standard Reports Overview

Produces a matrix table that shows the Program each Academic is assigned as staff to.

There will be column for each Program with Academics assigned and a row for each Academic. Academics assigned to a Program will be be denoted with an X where the Academic and Program rows intersect

The information includes academic name, type, RTO, address details, phone number, email and qualifications.

Produces a matrix table that shows the units that have been completed for each enrolment.

There will be row for each enrolment and a column for each unit. Units that have been completed will be be denoted with an X where the enrolment and units intersect.

The information includes enrolment ID, program code, surname, first name, USI status, academic, company, location, phone number, start date, end date, last recorded result, last monitoring visit, induction visit, enrolment status and unit code.

Produces a report detailing activity information for each Academic. The information includes trainees, units, unit completions, RPLs, total invoiced, payment total, total claimed, claims received.

Produces a report detailing commissions for Agents. The information includes student name, student number, enrolment ID, course, status, partner, start date, end date, commission paid, commission due and possible commission.

Produces a report detailing attendance information for students. The information includes enrolment ID, student name, course name, course start date, partner, enrolment start date, attendance, total attendance, actual attendance percentage at today's date, actual attendance percentage for enrolment total, projected attendance percentage at best rate, overall attendance percentage at best rate and overall attendance percentage. 

Produces a report detailing the attributable revenue for students in your system. The information includes party ID, surname, first name, nationality, course, status, enrolment start, enrolment end, total weeks, total revenue, total commission, attributable weeks, attributable revenue, attributable commission, remaining weeks, remaining revenue and remaining commission. 

Produces a report detailing certificate information. The information includes certificate number, student name, qualification name, qualification code, qualification level, recorded date, date of issue, reportability, user who recorded it, template used, academic, location and partner.

Produces a report detailing contracts in your system, along with any enrolments that have the contract attached. The information includes contract name, code, schedule, state, total amount, total hours, maximum places, students, partner, student name, party ID, enrolment ID, qualification, start date, end date, hours claimed, hours scheduled, amount claimed, amount received and amount scheduled. 

Produces a report detailing the deferred revenue for students in your system. The information includes party ID, name, enrolment, status, enrolment start, enrolment end, total weeks, ledger, description, commission, employer rate, job, PNH, amount, tax, tax percentage, tax amount, total, earned revenue, unearned revenue, earned revenue in future FY and unearned revenue in future FY.

Produces a report detailing enrolment claims in your system. The information includes student name, party ID, enrolment ID, employer, qualification, start date, end date, partner, claim name, unit, contract, claimed at, predicted funding and received funding. 

Produces a report detailing students in your system. The information includes student name, course, code, qualification level, units enrolled, partner, units completed, elements enrolled, elements completed and score.

Produces a report detailing event information in your system. The information includes event title, event type, timetable type, date, start time, end time, location room, academic, partner, surname, first name, employer, phone number, email address, attended, arrived at, left at, reason absent and notes. 

Produces a report detailing the expected and actual revenue for students in your system. The information includes party ID, student, employer, enrolment identifier, traineeship/apprentice, worker type, agent, state, contract, course, course type, status, partner, academic, enrolment date, start date, target end date, actual end date, course fees, fees invoiced, fees paid, amount forecast, amount lodged, amount received and amount remaining. 

Produces a report detailing financial reconciliation for invoices/payments in your system. The information includes the date, type, name/company, party ID, invoice number, related to, payment type/method, partner, amount, GST and amount including GST. 

Produces a report detailing file note information. The information includes created date, entity, category, stage, instance, title, description, follow up date, status, created by and partner.

Produces a report detailing outstanding contract claims in your system. The information includes student name, enrolment ID, qualification, partner, claim, unit, contract, due date, enrolment status and amount.

Produces a report detailing any outstanding invoices. The information includes the date, whether the invoice is 30, 60 or 90 days outstanding, invoice number, invoiced amount, partner, outstanding amount, ledger code and item description.

Produces a report detailing student completions in your system. The information includes target end date, enrolment ID, student name, course ID, course, academic and partner

Produces a report giving an overview of each student's health insurance. The information includes party ID, first name, surname, policy/member ID, cover type, commencement date, cover length, expiry, amount and enrolment status.

Produces a report giving an overview of each student in the system. The information includes party details, course name, course code, enrolment ID, TCID, status, start date, end date, target end date, partner, academic name, outcome, unit code, unit name, start date, end date, target end date and term. Note details will also be shown if you enable that option. 

Produces a report giving an overview of each student's progress. The information includes party ID, TCID, first name, surname, date of birth, employer, qualification level, course, status, academic, start date, partner, target end date, actual end date, total units, units commenced, units completed, unit progress and attendance.

Produces a report detailing outstanding contract claims in your system. The information includes the course name, course code, qualification level, enrolled students and total students.

Produces a report detailing employers in your system. The information includes employer name, state, employees, partner and amount.

Produces a report detailing students in your system. The information includes student name, course, code, qualification level, units enrolled, partner, units completed, elements enrolled, elements completed and score.
