The new Training Plan Creator will display warnings if there is any data missing that is required to create a training plan. In this article, we will go over each potential warning and how to resolve them.

- Warning: No Traineeship/Apprenticeship record on this enrolment
- Warning: Primary Contact is missing for this employer
- Warning: Address is missing for the employer
- Warning: No Employer record for the enrolment
Warning: No Traineeship/Apprenticeship record on this enrolment
This warning indicates that the student doesn’t have a Traineeship/Apprenticeship record attached to the enrolment.
To fix this, go to the enrolment, navigate to the Trainee/Apprentice tab and create a new Traineeship/Apprenticeship record by clicking on the +New button.
Go back to Training Plans and create a new training plan, the previously created record should be available to select and the details will be present on the training plan.
Warning: Primary Contact is missing for this employer
This warning indicates that the student's employer does not have a primary contact on their company record.
To fix this, go to the company profile for the employer and go to Contacts.
From here, you can either:
- Edit one of the existing contacts to flag them as the Primary contact.
- Add a new contact and flag them as the Primary contact.
Warning: Address is missing for the employer
This error indicates that the student's employer doesn’t have an address entered on their company profile.
To fix this, go to the company profile for the employer, click on the Edit button and enter the address details.
Warning: No Employer record for the enrolment
This error indicates that the student doesn't have an employer listed on their enrolment.
To fix this, go to the enrolment and click on the Edit button.
Navigate to Trainee/Apprentice tab and scroll down to the Employer section. You can select the employer from the dropdown menu.
