As part of our educational offerings, we provide a suite of self-service eLearning modules designed to help you and your team become proficient with our Student Management System. These eLearns cover both foundational and advanced topics, ensuring that you have the knowledge and confidence to navigate and utilize the system effectively.
Our current eLearn offerings are categorized by training levels. Please ensure you have met any prerequisites for the eLearn level you are enrolling in to maximize the benefits of the training.
Level 1
Level 1 eLearns are part of our onboarding education series, designed for new users of the system who are looking to gain knowledge of the basics. No prior experience with the system is required to complete this training, making it an ideal starting point for those just beginning their journey.

| Onboarding Education Series | The Onboarding Education series has been developed into an eLearn for your convenience. You may have been asked to complete this eLearn by our onboarding team, or it may be a requirement set by your organisation. This material is relevant for new RTOs, RTOs undergoing onboarding, and new staff members using the existing SMS. The series provides essential training on conducting everyday business operations. It is crucial to complete the series in full and in the correct order, as the topics are sequential and build upon each other. | Register here |
Level 2
The Intermediate Education series provides a more in-depth exploration of topics compared to Level 1, allowing you to build on your existing knowledge, while also introducing new concepts for the first time. The content in the Intermediate Education series is more varied and less sequential than that in Level 1, so there is no requirement to complete all of the eLearns or follow a specific order in Level 2.
Before proceeding with the Level 2 eLearns, we ask that you have either completed the Onboarding Education Series and/or have a solid understanding of the system basics.
